Balaša dal na jednom zo svojich dedičných majetkov považsko-bystrického panstva v období na prelome 16. a 17. stor. na miernom svahu nad malou osadou Orlové postaviť kúriu, „curiaSigmondHaza“, neskôr prestavaná na kaštieľ „castellumZigmonháza.
